We partner with Printful to fulfill our print-on-demand products. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully. By purchasing from Clarity Con Cariño, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges are not accepted unless offered at our discretion.

Warranty

• Print-on-demand products include a 30-day warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.

• If your item qualifies for a replacement or refund due to a defect or error, we will cover the cost.

• If you provided an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

Digital Products

• All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

• If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful’s facility may be donated to charity after 30 days.
